ENERGY MANAGEMENT 101

Energy Management 101 is for ANYONE interested in learning more about Energy and Intuition.  This course is particularly helpful if you would describe yourself as an empath, feel very sensitive to the energy of other people and places, or struggle to feel a sense of connection to the deeper, intuitive aspect of yourself and want to open this connection more deeply.

This course will help you create a healthy foundation for how to manage and hold your energy space with clarity and groundedness.
